Yes and it's sad because i know there are a lot of Nvidia GPUs out there just sitting idle. People need to get the word out and that could add a boatload of Flops!! Who knows how much power this project can have

Most of our team is PS3s.

It's going to be really hard for you guys to keep up.

Don't be so sure. With more nVidia and ATI members joining the team (and GPU2 clients on good cards are about 3x faster than PS3 clients), I think we'll be catching up pretty quickly.

So I was late to the party. I'm still having fun.

Actually, nVidia's getting the word out as part of its CUDA advertising blitz.

i've joined but the group won't display any more membors after 1000

    I am currently homeless.

Please send money and/or Lego. I have been collecting lego blocks for nearly four years now as I intend to build my own home. I currently have exactly 1,692,008 blocks of various sizes and only need another 4,836,029 to complete plans of constructing a four bedroom home with sunken lounge and indoor swimming pool.

Prior plans to build a home from seawater were abandoned due to physics.

You can use F@H's User Statistics to track your own progress.

Decided to join last night. Have the GPU2 running for my 9800gx2 and the console for CPU. The graphical CPU client wouldn't install for me due to some type of corruption error. Redownloading the install file didn't help.

I followed the instruction for configuring the console client to have it set to machine ID 1(to use core 0), and the affinity option set to "no" to lock it to a single core, so I can run a second console client. However when I view my processor usage it seems to spreading the load across both cores. Until I can look into the problem a little more, help would be appreciated.

    Back to partial folding.

    Desktop: AMD FX6100 / 6x3.3ghz / 16gb DDR3 / 560ti Special Edition

    Laptop: HP SOMETHANG / Core i5 / 4x2.4ghz / 8gb / Radeon 6470 (that can't fold?)

    Dual core folding with 9800gx2

Just might turn into quad core gpu folding next month since recertified cards are cheap.

Still need to sort out the console for dual core cpu folding.

Good to have you on board! I'm going to tell you to make sure you're running 2 GPU clients for the 9800GX2. That card can get really hot, make sure you have it well ventilated and crank up the fan.
