the specs should be right, but they were just unsure of the naming conventions and took it that they would follow through like the previous generation, but with the official 411 from DAAMIT, just take it that the x2800xtx is the x2900xtx :)- Please wait. Quick reply will be available shortly.

there are many cases where "normal" sli set-ups have surpassed the quad-sli, for example a pair of 7900 GT sli'ed can be faster than a quad, even if the gx2 are technically made out of two 7900 GT's stuck together. i guess what i'm trying to say its not practical and worth it for what it would cost people.- Please wait. That's why Nvidia and ATI are hesitant to release quad-sli. Anyway, the driver support for current quad-sli is also poor.- Please wait. Quick reply will be available shortly.
