Scored last night on Craigslist! Someone was selling a gamecube bundle with games. I didnt want the gamecube bundle or any of the games expept NCAA 2K3 so I shot him an email asking how much for that game alone. He said $4 so I went down and felt bad just picking up a game for $4 bucks so I also got RE 4 for another $4. Both games below $8.

I remember renting that game way back in the day and thinking it was awesome. It has very good art direction and pretty solid platforming mechanics.

You will not be dissapointed! I've played a ton SHMUPS over the years and Ikaruga is my personal favorite. The graphics are great, the music is awesome, and the gameplay is so smooth and precise. Well worth the money, even if you paid full price for it

That's great to hear! I've been on a SHMUP kick ever since I started downloading those Cave bullet hell shooters on my iPod touch. I paid $22 for Ikaruga, which isn't a bad deal in my opinion since the game is becoming quite rare. I'm sure I won't be disappointed.

It's been a very obvious omission in my collection for a very long time. Whenever people see my Gamecube, they're like, "where the hell is Wind Waker"? Well, I have it now! I saw a copy of it a few months back, but it had a light scratch on the disc and I didn't want it because of it. This copy is in mint condition, everything from the case, manual, inserts, artwork and disc, all flawless. It was even locked up in a glass case along with all of the other expensive and mint condition retro games so kids and what not couldn't look through it and ruin its mint condition.

Oh yeah, and Street Fighter: The Movie, the game of the movie that was based on the game..... LOL!! It's a game that got terrible reviews, but it was mint condition, so I wanted it just for the laughs. It uses digitized graphics similar to the original Mortal Kombat games. I actually think it's sort of fun.

All of the other games are mint condition as well, with manuals, inserts, etc. Syphon Filter is an old favorite of mine from back in the days.

HAHA! I used to love Street Fighter the Movie; a good friend of mine growing up had a Saturn and we spent hours play it and Virtua Fighter 2. Lol if I can find a copy on either the PS or Saturn for less than $3 I'm totally picking it up :p. It's not the best Street Fighter, but it's not as bad as people say. Also, if you do end up hating it you at least have DoA3, excellent, excellent game!

Picked up Ikaruga for the GC. I heard many great things about this game. Can't wait to try if out once it arrives on my doorsteps.

You will not be dissapointed! I've played a ton SHMUPS over the years and Ikaruga is my personal favorite. The graphics are great, the music is awesome, and the gameplay is so smooth and precise. Well worth the money, even if you paid full price for it

But it's sooooo hard! Other than games that are hard because they're just plain broken, this has to be the hardest non-broken game I've ever played, and I've been gaming for nearly 25 years now.

If you think Ikaruga is hard, you should try its predecessor Radiant Silvergun; I've owened that game for over a year and still can't beat it.

Radiant Silvergun is hard, for sure. But I still found Ikaruga to be much more difficult. I guess some people are just more inclined to the constant color shifting patterns.

Yall need to be real men and get really manly games (Or tough woman if you a woman) games and put down that kid stuff.

Jaguar, doing the math since 1993.
