I personally only like probably 3 animes and you should watch Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood. That is a good one.

Wolf's Rain ( it was ok.. I still need to watch the OVA and finish it up)

High School Of The Dead (MAzing)

Amagami ( after the first few episodes I found it crap... Only because it's the same things over and over but with different stories of him and another girl.)

    I would reccomend...

    Gurren Lagann

    Cowboy Bebop

    Baccano

    Fantastic Children

    Super Dimension Fortress Macross

Try Rurouni Kenshin. The setting takes place during the early Meiji period in Japan. The story is about a fictional assassin named Himura Kenshin, from the Bakumatsu (Late Tokugawa Shogunate) who becomes a wanderer to protect the people of Japan.

I think so but the anime is a different beast then the Manga. Where as I believe the Manga is still going on, the anime has an ending to its version of the story and I found it to be Satisfactory.

If you havnt seen Code Geass S.1 and 2, i'd definetely recommend those.

One of the few anime's that i litterally couldnt stop watching before i were done, and i watched all 50 episodes in 6 days or so.

Also Afro Samurai, its definetely worth giving a peek.

Yeah I know the anime ends around volume 9 or so (I think) of the manga (and make sup its own ending). So you haven't read the manga? If not I highly recommend it.

I have read some of it, I need to read more. Actually from what I understand its not like Berserk where the anime ends abruptly. Claymore actually has an ending in the anime. The later episodes do deviate from the Manga, and it ends the story. So the anime has its own ending....
