And what is Delmon Young doing out there? http://www.chadmoriyama.com/2012/04/gifcap-delmon-young-zero-tool-player/
I haven't seen too many plays like that first gif in a while. Good to see pros looking like little leaguers.

And on the seventh day, God rested. Having created the heavens and the Earth, the seas and all they contain, He ceased all labors. But the seventh day being a Sunday, and with all of His fantasy teams playing, He needed a shortstop. So God created Derek Jeter, and blessed him, and said unto him, be fruitful. And Jeter was good. Jeter held dominion over opposing pitchers (.343 AVG in 2006), was plentiful in power (14 HR and 97 RBIs), and moved over the earth (34 steals) and across home plate (118 runs). And God blessed Jeter, and sanctified him, and said to Roto owners everywhere, make Jeter your No. 1 middle infielder.
Trumbo may hit, but he can't field. Future Adam Dunn if anything.

When I asked if it could get any worse for the Red Sox...it might have today. Youk got an apology for Bobby V's comments, but they never should have been said.
Pedroia talking back, so is Youk's agent. Pretty dumb comments if you ask me. Then he goes out today and leaves Bard out too long. And got booed for it.

Bobby V clearly has no management skills. Your job is to get to know what it takes to motivate your players. He just doesn't seem to get that yet. I understand he's being honest and speaking his mind, but he should realise he walked into a clubhouse in 'disarray' and he should just get along for a while before he plants his flag.
-
I wonder if he'll last the year? 2 guys already have beef with him, publicly, two of their best players at that.
Bobby is an idiot. He is horrible at managing pitching time, he did the same thing with yesterdays pitcher and left him out too long. He deserves to be booed.
A lot of people didn't think he was right for the job, and should have pushed way more for Sveum (even though he rejected them) or never let Farrell go "just in case". I didn't really know much of the argument why he was no good, but I'm starting to see it. The team still seams like a mess and it might be a long year for fans.- Please wait.
I love him here. He's done some really smart things this year. I can't point to a lose and say "Farrell should have done ______". He's pinch hit and pinch ran in the right spots, moved people in the batting order depending on LH or RH, left his pitchers out as long as they can, used the bullpen like he promised he would, with assigned roles. I think he's already improved over last year. He didn't really do those things last year. It helps players like Lawrie and EE are playing like they are so he can put them anywhere, and that the bullpen was redesigned. I think Boston DOES regret it. Even if no one will really admit it, I think they seriously wanted him as their manager this year like the rumors suggested.- Please wait. Quick reply will be available shortly.

- Love this trainwreck, who knows if the new GM is any good, they couldn't pitch at the end of last year, Ellsbury has to be signed and who knows if he walks, i would not have walked into that job, NTM the media and whining you're gonna get from the fans. In hockey the no BS coach who tells it like it is such as Darryl Sutter who can get a team going seems to work, esp. in a team that goes under the radar, but with the sense of entitlement in Boston and drama queen players it seems, no way! They're going to call for your firing in no time, even if the truth is the team just isn't that good. I'm sure plenty of teams have eaten/drank in the clubhouse, but nobody ever made a big deal about it, bunch of fake drama cause they need something to blame. Hamilton almost hits the red seat in Fenway with monster shot http://mlb.mlb.com/video/play.jsp?content_id=20705941&query=%26game_pk%3D317897 Definitely not the right time to be playing that team. If anyone should be angry it's the Braves fans, they brought in a relief pitcher to throw a bunch of breaking balls, even the announcer said "the thing with breaking balls is it's hard to throw 4 or 5 good ones in a row" and sure thing the next one gets hit out of the park by the Met  Who ordered he throw the same pitch over and over? Never seen anything like that so i'm guessing it was Fredi....... I was waiting for our closer to blow a save, just to see all the lulzyness on Twitter.........even better people are attacking "Da MVP" Matt (6HR .487BA 1.026SLG 1.548OPS) Kemp over the loss  He has the most "saves" so far this year, but of course it's nothing special, there's even a report showing he had the easiest saves in baseball but people love to get worked up over that thing. Then there's Kenley Jansen who throws pure fire, one of the best relievers in baseball since coming up (and he converted from catcher just a few weeks before he did) blew a save the other day and people are jumping on the guy saying "he doesn't have what it takes to be a closer" "OMG another Broxton". Don't tell them Broxton was one of the best relievers in Dodgers history, this stuff is just hilarious. You aren't paying them big money and sometimes you just don't shut the door, it's just one variable on the team. Completely ignoring the other screw ups that could have won you the game, NTM the GM doing a crummy job of assembling the team. Let teams with overpriced closers whine about it. Go O's! Go Nats!

Kendall Jenner likes MEATBALL SANDWICHES
Listening to the Dodger's blow the game yesterday ruined my sleep. :( At least the Yankees won. The $15 MLB Ipad app is pretty cool. You can listen to any game home or away and actually watch the game of the day. I would've gotten the MLBtv premium, but I got the package from my cable company instead.- Please wait. It's official. Jamie Moyer is now the oldest pitcher in baseball history to earn a win. 6 hits, 2 walks, 2 runs (both unearned) scattered over 7 innings.
