Tekken: Kazuya

• Throughout my days playing fighters, Kazuya has been my favourite fighting character. I really like Blazblue though.. So maybe he's top spot could come to an end some time in the near future. He's been my main since Tekken 2 (in the installments that he's playable..) and after playing him so much, every other character just doesn't click as well. Steve and Hwoarang are runner ups though, as far as characters I like, though I don't like using Hwoarang much at all.

Blazblue: Hakumen

• I've unfortunately only played CT and spent a lot of that time with Ragna, though Blazblue is probably my favourite fighter in terms of the game universe/characters/story and I also love watching Blazblue matches more than any other. I've just finally got around to ordering BB:CSE because I've been holding off buying CS when I heard it was coming out. While I spent most of my time with Ragna, Hakumen seemed to be the character I'd like the most once I felt comfortable with the game. However, the whole Blazblue cast is amazing and with more experience I may main any of the other characters. There isn't one character in the game I don't like.

Street Fighter: Juri

• I'm not much of a SF fan mainly due to the generic sort of theme/music of it all. Though it is pretty much the fighter that made the fighting genre, so I guess it should get a pass for being generic. One character I did take a liking too is Juri. I don't play my copy of SSF4AE much, but when I do I pretty much exclusively play Juri now. When my copy of SFxT arrives I'm even half thinking of trying a Kazuya/Juri combo, though I'm not sure if they would make a good team. I think Oni looks cool too.

Mortal Kombat: Scorpion

• I'm not a MK fan at all. I've bough Deception, Shaolin Monks and MK9 over the years, all just to try them out once in awhile, but I just can't stand the MK universe. It's depressing I guess. Whenever I do play (which is barely ever), I use Scorpion. However, I have to admit the actual gameplay is fun and quite accessible.

King of Fighters: K'

• KOF13 looks amazing and is pretty much next on my to-buy list, but I have very little experience with the series. I've played a little bit of KOF2002 and K' was one of the characters I took a liking to, but I haven't played enough of it to really decide.

Soul Calbur: Kilik

• I've only played SC3 and SC4, and was pretty let down by SC4. I don't know anything about the story despite playing through the story mode in each a few times; I know its got something to do with everyone wanting some amazing weapon which I think is called Soul Calibur. Anyway, while I used to play custom characters with various styles, Kilik was probably my favourite stock character... I like characters that use longer weapons such as spears or halberds (or long, thin swords like Hakumen :P) so Kilik stood out for that reason.
