Sorry if this has been done . I just wanted to see what top 5 (was 3, but I needed more lol) things you really want in Zelda WiiU. DARE TO DREAM!

*assume that graphics are awesome by WiiU standards*

    Mine are

    1. New story altogether. Still link and such, but no links to any of the same bosses or anything. Link, Zelda, and maybe the triforce and some other things can stay.
    2. World a little bigger than TP and WW that has enough exploration and secrets. Perhaps a world combining land and water traversal (though done well, and not annoying ).
    3. Time/weather changing (whether it be automatic or manipulated, or a combination of both)
    4. Voice Acting for everyone but link.
    5. LESS HAND HOLDING! Perhaps they could even take away an assitant. Or not, just as long as they are not as annoying as Fi.

    That was 5 things...

    1. Either bring back the wolf transformation or flight, both were great conecpts that were criminally underused. I'd like to see them become a more integral part of the experience.

    2. Seamless connected open world. SS's overworld design was a nice change of pace, but I prefer the OoT/TP style.

    3. A town with the same scale as Castle Town in TP, same number of NPCs and buildings etc., combined with the bazaar of Skyloft in SS, and the sidequests exploring NPC's stories of Clocktown in MM.

Haha I forgot to change the title to 5. I changed my post and description to 5 . 3 is more meaningful, but I just couldn't do it! . About yours...

    1. I don't know if I want them to bring back either in the same sense as they were. I think the Wolf was good but could be used much better. kinda like how Paper didnt actually mean much in Paper Mario 64, but then they nailed it in TTYD. As for flying, it may be hard to integrate into a world more interconnected like OoT and TP, but if done right, it could be awesome.
    2. COMPLTELY agree!
    3. I would like this, but the town in TP was actually small in what you could do and interact with. It was pretty bad. But I love towns, so a good sized town that rivals MM's would be great. THough I love to see a few towns for different races. But by no means do I want as many as TES games .

You know something I liked for that tech demo? I liked how the Keese were just ambiance, I would like to see that in the actual game. Link doesn't have to kill everything, seeing some wildlife in a Zelda game that's just there to breathe life in the world would be cool. And I'm not really interested in hunting them like RDR and the upcoming AC3 lol.

I liked the Castle Town in TP, it was like a "realistic" castle town. The town isn't a playground, you have people going about their business, not concerned with Link and his antics, instead of people just standing around waiting to tell Link some pointless dialogue. Scrap the(albeit short) loading screens, make it a seamless central hub for all the characters in the game. Expand on the timing schedule of MM by having days of the week. Like say on Monday mornings Lon Lon Ranch delivers milk to a shop in Castle Town, so they have a sell on milk or you can pick up a side mission to protect Lon Lon while they are away.

I want the overworld to be detailed more than just simply large; look at Arkham City as a good example. Now I want it bigger than that of course, but that world was incredibly detailed and I love it. I want to go the Lost Woods and have it be a really thick forest, where the canopy only allows a tiny bit of sunlight in and its pitch black at night.

Things to find in the overworld, again mentioning the schedule thing, which I would simply separate it into morning, afternoon and night. Have the overworld also have events based on a schedule. Like say see Gerudo plotting a robbery at night and they make a run for it and you have to chase them down on horseback to stop them.

And talking smack about Fi, those be fighting words But I think the best course of action for the sidekick is to leave their clues up to the player. If someone says you need to go to three temples, you can ask the sidekick where they are. Or you can just roam aimlessly until you happen upon them.

    -Vast and seamless open world.

    -Full voice acting.

    -Cutting-edge graphics.

-Dark, gritty, and realistic story filled with choice and consequences.

    -Make it an MMO.

    In order of importance:

    1. wii motion plus controls (easily the most important)

    2. more exploration

    3. much less linear

    4. much less padding

    5. voice acting

Sorry to disagree with you, sir, but this late in the game developing days, voice acting is almost a necessity. No voice acting may be a "charm" for Zelda games, but they would have to step up eventually, or they'd have to deal with the aspect of being called "lazy" or "behind the times."

I'm just thinking of what Tom McShea could attack at.

Ive wanted a super dense Forrest in zelda for so long and we've yet to receive it how I've wanted. I would more than anything just want more densely populated landscapes, not as in people but objects grass, plants etc. just making everything feel much more alive and less sparse would help things immensely, the forest and landscapes in the game strangers wrath comes to mind in something close to what id like to see.

Voice acting, side quests, realistic combat (blood and gore), open world, and next-gen graphics (powered by Unreal Engine 4)

I don't intend to play any Zelda games. I just wanted to share some ideas.

I'd like to see the map be more expansive and open then TP. I think something like two continents with an ocean in the middle with some islands would be awesome. Combine the best aspects of TP and WW's map. Maybe there are two opposing factions on each side of the ocean.

I'd like to see cutting edge graphics.

I don't really want a change in the zelda formula. Just an old school Twilight princess/OOT type Zelda game.

I would like to see a completely different type of story though. I think the two opposing factions thing I suggested would be entertaining.

    - NOT set in Hyrule

Yeah I don't want a major change in formula either, just a highly evolved, innovated, and deep iteration of Zelda. I think a combination of water and land would be awesome as well. I also agree on a completely different story. I would love to see a Zelda that feels like Zelda, yet new and mind blowing.

I only meant it as a way to tell people not to put good graphics as one of the wishes, because it will be as good as WiiU can do, so there is simply no point in bothering with that. Though you could wish for a certain graphical sty1e.

Yeah I don't want a major change in formula either, just a highly evolved, innovated, and deep iteration of Zelda. I think a combination of water and land would be awesome as well. I also agree on a completely different story. I would love to see a Zelda that feels like Zelda, yet new and mind blowing.

Sorry if this has been done :P. I just wanted to see what top 5 (was 3, but I needed more lol) things you really want in Zelda WiiU. DARE TO DREAM! :P

*assume that graphics are awesome by WiiU standards*

just want to say that I thought the graphics in the demo were awesome by anyone's standards.

There's really no reason to throw any sort of disclaimer like ' looks good ... for nintendo'.

Graphicswise, if they can match that, I'll be happy.

I only meant it as a way to tell people not to put good graphics as one of the wishes, because it will be as good as WiiU can do, so there is simply no point in bothering with that. Though you could wish for a certain graphical sty1e.
