Aion is a crap free to play game.
What i mean is simple...
There are so many vital restrictions in game that FORCE you to pay ... I tried for a week.
Some annoying restrictions like no use of Auction house , couldnt trade items with others players , couldnt chat in certain channels in towns , PvP points reduction , way more Cooldown for dungeons resets ...and many more @%@S like that...
in my opinion VINDICTUS >> AiOn with restrictions

ive enjoyed star trek online lately, but i have been shopping around...lotro and ddo got boring for me...but then so did wow, however ive not played any mmo nearly as long as i did star wars galaxies(i know its not f2p) but swg to me was the best mmo out there before the free jedi class expansion

Perhaps he's playing the EU version which is more limited then the US version. US version will probably get more "Pay to win" items as more people get hooked on it. Anyway, t's a good game.
Lotro is cool but very restricted if you dont pay. If someone gets to play all of the content in game only by grinding TP, I salute that accomplishment.

Having a fully accessible world without boundaries and limits? I guess that's the only thing keeping EVE Online alive, the freedom to what you want. Age of Conan? I just got it, for a f2p its suprisingly fleshed out but of course it wasn't always f2p.
