What to look forward to in 2012-13?
- May 20, 2012 10:00 pm GMTHey guys, in a bit of a depressing state. I'm having trouble getting excited about upcoming releases. I was sort of looking forward to GW2 but its worn off. And I want Planetside 2, but its hard to look forward to a game when its so hard to tell when it will be released. And Dishonored seems cool but then again, we know very little. So, heres a list of games I loved to give you an idea of my game style: Half life series TF2 Mount and Blade Warband R.U.S.E Age of Mythology Sins of a Solar Empire Just Cause 2 Spore Minecraft

Other than Dishonored, I think the only things I'm watching are the XCOM games, both strategy and shooter.
Still, everything right now seems like a wait-and-see.

Well,
1) the performance was horrid on my system (GTX470, 8GB RAM, Q6600). I'm willing to let this one pass because it was stated it was CPU bound. For now.
2) the quest system sounds great on paper, but in practice it's not that good. Quests just randomly appear and disappear and you get confused as to where to go. I love the idea of exploring and getting rewarded for it, but it's a bit of hit and miss right now.
