I'm curious to know what people think about Darksiders II. It's my most anticipated game this year, and after wating the E3 stage demo, I couldn't possibly be more excited. So what do you think? Do you look forward to it as well?

Darksiders II is a game I'll be picking up. I'm interested in the original and am far enough into the game. I gotta start work on it again to beat it so that I can stay updated about the story. As for DSII, I saw a quick clip of it playing during the montage that Nintendo had going for the Wii U and it just looked fabulous! 60 fps of great action, platforming, and adventure? Yes please!

Don't be. They are giving the game enough time to be polished even further, so when it does come out, it should be a great title to look forward. What sucks though, about that date, is that one of my most-anticipated games, Sleeping Dogs, is also coming out on the SAME DAY. So I'll be playing two games at once!

Looks real cool. Can see a few other games in there like POP and GOW, but I think that's fine. Dig the artstyle. Only thing I'm not that excitred about is the excessive loot system. Don't need that rubbish.

Still haven't played the first, but I fully intend to. Need to work on my backlog! The first game had some great teasers. Enjoyed watching those.

darksiders on normal can be beaten in like 2 days of consistent and solid play. finishing the whole things + achievements is a little harder.

last boss fight is very boring.. i could almost argue that Gofowar3 ripped off that final boss fight and simply made the boss bigger lulz

I'm a fan of the original Darksiders, and I'm pleasantly surprised with how DSII turned out. An action game with a Diablo-style loot system? Sign me up. I wonder how deep the system goes, though...will there be rare drops?

I really liked the first one, but it did need some work. There were very little NPc's, and War was boring. Death seems like a much better lead man, and seems better to play with. It seems like they are adding alot to this one. Really excited that it has an Overworld to run around in besides just linear dunngeons, the new platforming looks great, and acutal side quests should be fun. It's my Most anticipated game for the rest of the year.

What do I think about Darksider II?

The first Daksiders was just a scratch beneath the surface, it only showed you War and what he's was going through at the time, but it almost didn't give you any background checks on anything else, and you still enjoyed it, now imagine getting all the backstories and the questions you had about the Darksiders universe answered...that's all going to happen in Darksiders II.

So, if you want to know what I think about Darksiders II, to put it simply, I am extremely excited about Darksiders II, I liked the first Darksiders very much, it was pretty much 2010's "Game of the Year" for me!

What I like even more, is the while other games add more enemies in the sequel, toss a weapon or two here or there, this game completely changed everything in the sequel, they didn't just "take everything you loved about the first Darksiders and made it better", they took Darksiders itself that you loved and made it better.

I'd say more, but I think I said enough.

To everyone who hasn't finished/played Darksiders yet, seriously, drop whatever you're playing right now and pick up where you left...IT'S WORTH IT!

im playing through ds1 right now, and i am getting a little bored but its probably just a lull in the gameplay.

i was surprised though, i dont normally like hack and slash games.

is there a new game +?

If I recall correctly, there was a "New Game+" mode.
