The only 360 exclusives (if you don't count PC) I've played are Fable II and III...and a bit of Mass Effect. I've seen a lot of people that like several of the Halo games and the Gears of War games...oh and Viva Pinata: Trouble in Paradise...lol.

I rather like the Fable games, but they aren't for everyone...not if you're going to compare them to the likes of Mass Effect, Elder Scrolls etc.

Any particular genres you like or dislike?

For racing you have to try Forza 4, even if just to compare it to Gran Turismo 5. PGR4 is also good, but a few years old, and Forza is better IMO

While I tend to get most of my games for 360, a lot of the ones I enjoy are multi-platform, so not much help in suggesting exclusives - just down to which platform you prefer to play the multi-plats on. I think platform exclusive games are far fewer and hold less power than they did in the days of PS1 and PS2.

Having played all three (and admittedly the second one first) I can see why you feel the second one is different altogether...but it is still fun in its own right. The third one is different again in many ways but another decent game...if you can get past some glitches that is...

Edit: Don't know how much of the ending of Fable II you saw, but the "boss" is weak in comparison with Jack...III's ending is better, but really, don't let it put you off lol.

If you like RPGs, Lost Odyssey and Tales of Vesperia are musts.

I strongly recommend Alan Wake. Was my favourite game until my xbox died. Played it all the way through twice and downloaded one of the two expansion levels. Great graphics and atmosphere, and a well written cast.

Probably pick it up for a tenner now.

    XBOX HAS NO GAMEZZSSS!11!1!

    Oh, this isn't SW...

But nah really, Lost Odyssey is right up there. Blue Dragon is worth a whirl I hear, plus The Last Remnant (which is also on PC) is decent. That's your JRPG fix sorted. Aside from that, there's the obvious, ME1, Halo, Gears. Halo: Reach is excellent, so definitely give that a go.

I'm glad someone said this I've just started playing it again for the first time since I bought the limited edition on release day, and it's been long enough to re-experience it. I really enjoyed it the first time around and it's just as good and atmospheric now

For XBLA try Shadow Complex ("Metroidvania" platform-shooter) and Toy Soldiers/Toy Soldiers: Cold War (RTS and shooter hybrid).
