How does a season pass work for DLC?
- Oct 4, 2012 1:46 am GMT

I want a Wafflebot!
Out of curiousity, how does a season pass work? For example, the new Assassin's Creed 3 season pass deal?
If you buy a pass for $30, does the $30 cover the cost of all future DLC or do you still have to pay extra for each DLC on top of the $30 you paid for the season pass?

I'm a mighty thesaurus! Rawr!
Its all simple really, you just buy the season pass and freely download the DLC as they get released (this only counts for the DLC included in the season pass of course, any extra ones you have to buy).
I mean, the price for the season pass is just the combined price of all the included DLC with a minor discount anyway.

A season pass will often include a predetermined amount of DLC (single-player or multi-player). Any extra DLC that comes out that's not included in the Season Pass will cost extra. It's essentially a pre-order for DLC.- Please wait. Quick reply will be available shortly.
