How to recruit for a guild/team

Team/Guild Name:[list the name that is known to the internet, and feel free to mention the acronym]
Established year:[when was the clan or team established?]
Serious/Casual:[Do you want someone always around or can they be casually involved?]
Expectations:[Mention the games and platforms you play and what you are looking for in a new member of your team/guild]
