Hi at the moment im on BT with free phone calls and unlimited download speed. My speed at the moment is on average 1.2MB persec which im fairly happy with. Im moving house soon and my BT subscription is about to run out and want to change. Im looking for free phone calls multy room for me and also to have it down stairs. I dont want every TV channel all i realy want extra is sport for Horse Racing as i was going to get Bt Vision but looked into it and they dont provide Racing UK etc. On Sky can you just say i want this channel and dont have to pay a subscription for all the sport channels or movies etc. Also what there download speed like and unlimited download policy like?. My brother is with Virgin but not going with this has he has to pay for phone calls but does have good free multy room but that dont make up for paying for the phone calls which are quite high too and now he is on it for 2 years.

Hi, your best bet is write down what you want and ring the providers and see what they will give you, and play them off against each other, i've got sky fibre optic broadband ( up to 40mb ) multi room, skysports, free evening and weekend phone calls all for £85 a month....My advice would be when you ring up and get quotes of the different provides ,ask the person names who you are talking to..

Goodluck , and be quite strong on the phone, at the end of the day your the customer.

BT internet is quite good. Try getting a YouView box. Apparently it's a one-time payment (for the box) and then you can get as many channels as you want.
