I'm skeptical that there are even six games worth playing on PSM at this point, but hey, free games. Thought you guys might want the heads up.

It would sell poorly because most 360 gamers are interested in Halo 4 .

Halo 4 is new and fresh and excitingwhile MGS4 is old and boring with a weak online mp.

MGS4 is just not exciting at all.

Cool, just started downloading. Thnx man !

The first free game wasn't very good. Hopefully the others will be. PS Mobile should be getting free games on a regular basis anyway. Hopefully we'll get plenty more free games after this six weeks. I personally never pay money for smartphone style games. The only PS Mobile game I've actually bought is Lemmings, but lets get this straight. It's Lemmings. Lemming is always worth buying. Always.

Lol, can't argue there. But still, even if these are free, they don't seem like they're worth it. I mean small app-style games have their place, but part of the argument for the Vita is quality games, and when Sony promotes Playstation Mobile and Minis so much, it really isn't helping their cause I don't think. Sony shouldn't even bother trying to win over the crowds of IPod/Android/Facebook gamers. They should stick to their guns and push to get good full-featured games made for their handheld.

Would be good.. if they actually give decent games. Tapping in time to the beat isn't what I call fun.

A new week means a new freebie, and this time the game is Beats Slider.

Is there anyway I can 'buy' these freebies through my PSN account if I don't own a Vita or a PSM compatible device? I fully intend to buy a Vita in the near future and a few free games ready to download would be very nice.

Tomorrow night, the next game will probably be announced on the Playstation Blogcast(Cubixx was last week). I'll repost in this thread, or someone can beat me to it.

Haven't played it yet, but it's supposed to be one of the best games on PSM (I realize that isn't saying much, but still).

It's free for a week, so you may as well download and try it while you can.

I just tried it. It's really not that bad, a lot better than I expected a PS Mobile game to be.

You control a submarine, and you move around and shoot down these red 'UFO' ships that are trying to kidnap the kitty miners at these little bases across the sea floor. At the same time, you shoot down other enemies who are kind of like obstacles that keep you from saving the kitties, and they add to your score too. And enemies come from both sides of the screen and you can only shoot the way you are facing, so you use R and S to change the side you're facing. There is also a regular ship-fire and some missiles or rockets that have limited capacity, but I still can't tell how useful those are.

So far it seems pretty fun, definitely worth getting. Thanks again for keeping this thread going, or else I probably never would have known about Aqua Kitty. I guess I'll have to keep my eyes peeled for the final two games.

Also, I noticed that Lemmings is free on Mobile. Man, I did not know that, or else I probably would've jumped on that by now.

Thus far I have all 4 PSM games. You cannot complain at that price. Free games are nice a great way to start 2013. Sony seems to be promoting awareness of Playstation mobile. This seems to be the succesor to Playstation mini's.
