Are you the only one in your home using internet or are you doing other things will trying to stream? Usually sometimes if you either have others using different devices for things like downloading/uploading or even somebody else having a heavy online gaming session--while you're trying to steam--can bog down your connection and cause stuttering. Or simply it could be overall in your neighborhood/area just a lot of people on the interet around the same time and it's simply too much network traffic going on. I occassionally have a bit of stuttering/buffering from time-to-time, too, depending on if my dad is streaming Netflix at the same time I'm streaming Amazon, Crunchyroll, Funimation, etc. Might I ask what device you do most your streaming on?
