Help I can't find this game anywhere!! [HIPPODROME TYCOON]

I know that the game file exist and still lost in the internet, probrably with the name "hippodrome tycoon.ngr" Last tyme I fond it, it was on emule server, I asked for the that was seeding the file if he could send me by email, then he sended a like for a hosting server with the game. So I have two ways of getting the game again, by emule or the french host server, that I can't remember the name or find it. :/ Help me please!!
