Free Running is about developing this sport, also called Parkour, and do certain tricks and beat challenges. The game itself doesn`t have much of a story, you create a profile, select and character and you go to train with Sebastian Foucan, the creator of the sport, after finishing the training you unlock certain challenges, like races, beating the master, do certain amount of tricks in a limited time and also hurting yourself as much as possible in a certain time. That is all the game is about, with no story and very easy challenges.
The graphics are good, although you can find yourself talking to somebody who doesn`t move his lips, or that your arm goes through the wall when doing a certain trick. Apart from that the graphics aren`t that bad but they aren`t great either.
The music goes with the style of the game, but it can get annoying really soon, it is very repetitive and it got me distracted so many times i had to put my TV on mute to play.
The gameplay is awful, the camera can be sometimes so slow you can`t see yourself for a few moments, when you sprint you get smaller because the camera is not following you. Also the controls are incredibly complex, it takes ages for you to get used to them, 2 out of 10 times i tried to make a breakfall i was succsesful. Not because i didn`t know which button to press, but because it didn`t respond. Sometimes it can be way too realistic, i understand it has to be, but why so realistic? It got me so frustrated the realism they put on this game.

The good: Falls and hurting yourself can be fun, tricks (when you are able to do one) are cool.
The bad: The music, the extreme realism, the camera, controls are too difficult to remember.
