- "Almost, but not quite"
...This game is all f***ed up... It's really disappointing on many aspects, but it's still in the ride! It's the GT spirit on the PSP, and I think this is the best racing game yet on the PSP. It features more than 800 cars, millions of colors, all tracks from the original Gran Turismo (PS1) 'till GT 5 Prologue. It's really fair, but it has some flaws. Let's explore it...!:
GAMEPLAY: 8 - It's GT at its best!: the cars' handling is really, but REALLY improved, the controls is responsive, and its accessible when you want something... But 2 main complaints: it has no Career Mode, so you gain money by normal races, which is really tedious, and, instead of all cars being accessible right at the beginning, you have to let the days pass away... slowly...REALLY slowly... until FREAKIN' FINALLY you get the car you want to buy.
GRAPHICS: 10 - Along with Tekken: Dark Resurrection and other really few games, this must be PSP's graphics at its best. Really good.
SOUND: 10 - The cars have their real life sounds, and the soundtracks are well chosen.
VALUE / CONCEPT: 7 - It's GT on PSP: one of the most awaited games to release since PSP came out. Even with its flaws, its really great........... BUT one thing I will never forget is that, not just Wikipedia, some game-dedicated sites, the Playstation Magazine, but Polyphony Digital ITSELF tricked me with this game: all of this I mentioned cheated on me, by increasing the schedule for what date this game should be released: 2 October 2005, 7 July 2007, 31 December 2008, 27 March 2009, bla, bla, bla, BLA! Man, when would it be finally released?!? And another thing is that it gets a bit boring after playing so many times...
FINAL NOTE: 8.5 - Flawed, but acceptable.
Well... I gotta' calm down... Well, thanks for reading, here is GT review, for PSP. See ya later!

The best car game available on the PSP. Eats its competitors for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Doing a flamboyant and stylish lap around the Toscana circuit, using a Peugeot 206 Rally Car. As always all driving aids are turned off except for ABS which is set to 1. Using a Logitech Force GT steering wheel which is on simulation settings.Posted May 1, 2011

This is MY opinion of which games are great this is not a fact-sheet :-) Im also well aware that some of the games on my list have seen sequels released but remember sometimes the first game was the most unique.Posted Oct 10, 2010
