E3 2009: Polyphony Digital's perfectionist chief talks about the 60fps portable version of his high-end racing game, due out October 1.
I wouldn't be suprised if it isn't the 1,876th over hyped and under produced product from Sony. They are the worst where honesty is concerned. They would rather sell you on a lie than tell you what you are going to get. Microsoft by comparison has not done the same thing - when they showed you a trailer of Gears of War - you got to PLAY that quality within a reasonable time. Here we are YEARS out for a GIANT companie's debut trailer for a game that was the selling point for the PSP - and they are just now coming out with it. THEY ARE HORRIBLE. That is why I will never buy a ps3.
No gameplay footage again. LOL, you can tell the companies that sell by hype and companies that sell by creating the best game. The companies that make sales by creating the BEST products ALWAYS releae gamplay videos, because every fan only wants to see gameplay. When will sony learn this, they are such hype merchants.
i think i would have liked to hear how much ingenuity it took to get the frame rate that high and that's why it took so long. not "oh we had other projects"
I don't care about F1 cars. I always like fixing up vehicles that the average joe drives! That feels more realistic!
the new psp so much beautiful and I think it is power than ps2. gran turismo is like light star .....etc
This year the psp is getting huges releases, maybe a bit to late but better late than never... PSP >Rocks
800 cars, if you can trasfer those cars onto GT5 when you want to play them in HD, then play them on your PSP if you want to go on the go, that would be sweet.
I've been a huge fan of the Gran Turismo series ever since the original came out on the PlayStation. I still remember the day I bought the game, and also when I bought GT3 three months before getting my PS2. Me and about 10 of my friends would get together and race each other for hours. However, how dare he even mention GT6 when I've grown a white beard waiting for GT5. It's really pissing me off!
wow, an unorthodox method of map designing but hey, its some of the best!!! this will probably be the best psp game but then again theres motorstorm, assassins creed, LBP, new MGS all coming. PSP has pwned DS on games all the time but this year its just thrashing it. i wonder if it will be multiple UMD disks... wont be a problem for PSP GO users anyway. PS. on second thoughts im liking the PSPGO now that i know its not a PSP2.
The PSP trailer, is that in-game .. because if it is, WOW! I like that you can keep your cars from the PSP version and go into the PS3 version with them, hopefully that will work vice versa aswell so you could finish gaming on the PS3, go out with your PSP and still progress your car collection.
