Are mavericks available after 100% completion?

Do all mavericks turn into annihilators or are there still some available?

This man is incorrect. Yes you can find them in preset locations around the game. Such as in the backyard of a mansion in alderny (Nothern). (Easy to notice). There is one above the booth tunnel on the Alderny side. There is also one in the same area you find a chopper in co-op mode for Bomb Da Base II

I believe they stay the same. when you get 100% completion of the game new annihilators spawn in new locations.

No they don't they will stay the same u can find them near the sultan rs behind one of the mansions when u find that one u can easily find a sultan rs in the forest above where u found that one behind a garage if u have any more questions send me a message at ryanrizzo88@aol.comhope it helps
