Thanks to BimmyLee, I did Karmageddon a second time and earned my 100%. I actually feel satisfied with just cruising around and shooting stuff again.
What's weird is, Kar was one of my favorite story missions. Afterwards, every time I drove past that fire station I thought to myself that I should have some fun and play it again. I always skipped it with, 'I'll do it later.' Ugg...

Cool, really glad I could help. Must be frustrating to be stuck at 99%. But actually credit should go to Christophee who was the one who suggested it on that previous thread I mentioned before...I simply remembered that advice:

I was about to post here to claim credit for my advice in the other person's topic a while back, but I noticed that BimmyLee already gave me credit for it, so no need. Anyway, my vanity aside, I'm glad to see you got your 100%. Getting to 99% and not knowing what you missed can be very annoying.
