Nah, a PCJ always spawns at the airstrip unless you load right there. It's one of the few fixed bike spawns in LV so I grab it frequently when messing around with 4 stars.

Thanks for the correction; the next version will not call the PCJ-600 a dirtbike. Or a moped. We'll just call it a bike or a motorcycle, since the PCJ is pretty generic IMO.
I would like to add, however - getting on the plane in "Stowaway" is INSANELY easy! I did it three times before a serious attempt on the mission to be sure it wasn't a fluke. Tap up and you get enough speed. When I said hang to the right... that's a mistake. All you gotta do is keep straight, you're not lined up with the ramp as I assumed you were/CJ was. Keep straight till you're next to it, then cut over. The ONLY hard part about "Stowaway" is not using a gun on the plane - that'll fail it. I had a pistol drawn before starting the mission, and once on the plane, thought I'd punch but instead fired a shot -and failed. I carried the Katana I had from "The Da Nang Thang" and the few guys up there were easy.

This could use a bump, though I hate bumping...

Gang Wars-When I have trouble getting a gang war started in the small territories I look carefully at the map and see which roads are in that territory. Every territory has at least one section of a road in it so I go to this road and there should be cars driving by that have gang members in it. Step in front of the car to stop them and then shoot the gang member in the head. Other gang members driving by will stop and a couple more should spawn nearby and start coming towards you so you can kill enough to start the war.
Drug Dealers-The game does sort of introduce you to them in the mission "Cleaning the hood" but since the dealer in that mission doesn't drop a ton of money, most people don't notice it.
They randomly spawn in any areas where gang members spawn (except Temple it seems). If you've got to the gang wars yet you will notice that some parts of the territories are darker than others. This roughly shows how 'dense' the territories are of gang members/dealers. Verona Beach area is a light color so gang members/dealers can appear here, but nowhere near as often as Jefferson, Glen Park, etc. Besides dealers appearing in the 'gang territories', it helps to look in high pedestrian areas within these areas and during the day (more people out during the day, whereas at night most people that are spawned are prostitutes).
My favorite spots are in Jefferson/Glen Park around the Church, the safehouse, north of the Skate park and east and northeast of the hospital. The northernmost road in Los Colinas is also a good spot.
Dealers are often the last people to spawn in an area and often spawn behind you so you will miss them quite often. What I do is take my bike and stop at an intersection. Spend about 5 seconds looking in all directions and if none appear then drive to the next intersection, stop and look around. At the start of the game they are usually very easy to find as I often can kill 5 dealers and make it to the off-track gambling in only 4 minutes. After the first day they seem to be a little harder to find, but you should be doing ok by now anyways that you don't need to spend time looking for them and continue with the game, just stopping if you happen to spot one.

I appreciate y'all's enthusiasm in this Sticky Candidate, but I've lost a lot of interest in playing San Andreas lately. I may get back into it, but I'm just not as passionate about the game; it's not begging me to play it so much anymore.
I'd like to invite anyone who would like to continue revising the Sticky Candidate, to do so. I leave the decision as to whom in the hands of the community, hoping that the effort will continue to be collaborative.

Took about eleven tries to beat "Wrong Side of the Tracks" without doing any tricks, except not taking the dirt path, just squeezing past the signs and the oncoming train. It seems like Smokey shoots them in order, finishing the guy at the front of the train last. So it's important to stay parallel to the guy he has to shoot next.
