I bought this game for the PSP because I loved Liberty City Stories. Although this game got a worse rating than LCS I liked it more mostly because of the side missions. By that I mean the fact that you can own businesses and make a lot of money off them and even defend them and take them over, i thought that was the best new feature of the game. Other than that, the game is pretty similar to the previous ones. It takes place in vice city a little before the original vice city. It's cool because you play as Vic Vance, the evil Lance Vance's brother. In the beginning you're actually in the military but you soon get kicked out. Anyway, the game also offers the ability to swim, not seen before in Vice city. Another cool thing is the ability to drive jetskis. So if you're looking for an exciting game for the PSP or even the PS2, get this game! It will have you addicted in no time.
