Grand theft Auto is a solid sequel to Grand Theft Auto 3 , although it is set way back in the 80's.
Grand theft Auto Vice City is one of the best open world games ever created. It has a superb game play, nice graphics, outstanding soundtrack and tons of good stuffs.
The player starts as Tommy Vercetti, a mafia hitman, who has recently been released from prison. He goes to Vice City to make a drug-deal, when things go real bad.
As of the game play, the players can steal vehicles; including cars, trucks, jeeps, boats, bikes, mopeds, choppers and a seaplane. The player wields a variety of weapons from a screw-driver to a minigun and a Molotov to a remote explosive. Apart from the main storyline, the player can do several side-missions like vigilante, cab-driver, pizza delivery boy and so on.
The soundtrack is excellent including nice voice acting and great songs from the 80's from artists like Michael Jackson, Bryan Adams, etc.
If you have missed this game however, you must get it. Its a must have game.
