does it normally take for a ticket reply?
I want to go and buy this game again (first acc was bought from a 3rd party website which sold me a key bought with a stolen credit card)
I only want to buy this again if i get my old characters back

They reply extremely quickly if it's an easy issue. Your issue does not sound easy.
Take characters from an account that was made with a stolen credit card and move them to a "I promise this time it's legitimate" account?

Yeah, you shouldn't expect to get your characters. Not saying it's not possible or anything, but It's extremely unlikely. It sucks that that happened to you, but you're pretty much SOL in a situation like that.

There is no customer service, reason is because there is no monthly fee. I got hacked 2 times.

Took me about 3 minutes, some one was unplanting all my potatos at the floating potato farm, metrica province, south east corner.
I waited on the floating potatoe farm for some time.
Soon my ticket is going thru, GM contact happened.
In the end me and him other player both get to keep our potatoes and also some more potatoes respawned there which i was able to pick again. Hope u get same GM as me, good luck with your problem.

they did say that my characters will still be there if i rebuy the game, but that was last year. Have no reply as of yet. Shop is going to close in an hour damn it!!

Depends. You made your character AFTER the beta, right? Everythign made during the beta was wiped.
If so, then yes, you'll get your character back. You already have an account, buying another copy of the game won't change that.
Well, unless you got hacked somehow.

Honestly, It's a toss up if they'll let you keep those characters. If you can legitimately prove it was your account, you do have a chance though--many people I know have played the first week or month before getting sucked into WoW (no idea why) and their characters are still there now that they're sick of it.
I would get ahold of them on their site before purchasing again though, as transferring characters from account to account sounds more difficult than them possibly just charging you to reopen the original (not sure what they actually do, just saying it's possible buying a new account won't do anything to help your situation now).

got my characters back, was very simple. Just had to input serial code and then say i already have an account on the register page
