@grim0187 Me too, i use to love getting a group of trapper spec ranger's and farming in Guild wars can be allot of fun, now we have a class devoted to it!

@shoddyworkman All the Guild Wars 2 skill videos are staged, the monsters are controlled by the devs to do that. The purpose of the video is to show skills, not the AI.

I LOVE trap laying classes like this. Make you think outside the box.

Sweet, I love the trap placement of the first engineer. the bombs were kinda cool two but it didn't look to astonishing

A trap class that can finally be used in the middle of a battle? Nice. (unlike like the traps in gw1) Did he just gun-launch himself? Nice. Did he just shoot out a freakin' animated net on some poor sap? Nice! (actually looks like a net, no more imitation skill animations)

anyone else jonesing for a monk for number 8? not bc it was a 'dedicated healer' but because id love to experience the martial arts and melee staff use... whatever it will be, im sure its hot

Yes, the game will NOT play like this. If anyone has ever read their blog you would know they do as @BornGamer has said. They do these "mock up" videos only to showcase their skills. If you visit the official site you will see that every class has a "gameplay video" like this. The game will be a lot faster. Also there's nothing wrong with the video at all. What do you mean @khimeron13

If people have read the books, they would understand that the lore is +200 years advanced from Guild Wars. Also if they read the book or know the history of the Charr, the would understand they were always looking to technology. Also when the new races came, they brought along new ideas.

@masterdrat Arenanet don't refer to these videos as gameplay videos (because they aren't gameplay videos). They're just to showcase certain skills and give people an idea of what the class is about.

looks like a mockup of something... idk what... an incomplete and unpolished video maybe... but it's really far from a gameplay video, I hate when they misslead us with their fake titles just to get us to watch their ads @finalserenade75 I think you meant lame

I like the powder keg, but I don't know if I'll ever be playing engineer. Not my cup of tea. @khimeron13 worked fine for me
