How to Unlock Frostmourne?

Arthas and frostmourne unlock at level 71 (1600 stars)m just got em both on my game.

You need to play through Quickplay+ until you get to the rank that you unlock Arthas Menethil as a playable character. As for what rank you unlock him at, I don't know yet.
