Halo 3: ODST User Review
A recycled mess with only two good things going for it.

- Difficulty:
- Just Right
- Time Spent:
- 20 to 40 Hours
- The Bottom Line:
- "Overrated"
Audio: 6/10
Solid voice acting hurt by lack of dialogue. Good sound effects that are heavily recycled from Halo 3. Good soundtrack that is also recycled from Halo 3.
Visuals: 6/10
Pretty much the exactly same visuals as Halo 3. There is very little difference between the two and that is a little disapointing.
Playability: 6/10
The exact same gameplay that Halo 3 has. It's still enjoyable and fun to play but it's very disapointing that is has no originality at all.
Delivery: 6/10
Campaign of average length. The story is a little interesting but far too weak overall to be any good. The addition of the helmet headlight is more of an annoyance then anything else. Uneven difficulty makes the game a lot harder then what it should actually be. Firefight is an amazing addition and brings a new level of competitiveness to the Halo franchise. The game comes with every available Halo 3 multiplayer maps for free on a bonus disc. It's heavily recycled from Halo 3.
Overall: 6/10
The only good thing about ODST is firefight mode and the free maps. Besides that, It's a recycled mess.

With a huge city to explore and the new Firefight mode, ODST may be short, but it's highly replayable.

With Master Chief nowhere in sight, it's up to the UNSC's finest Special Forces to finish the fight.
