Are there any ways to get meta score achievements?

Unfortunately, you cannot do that. It's not possible to get the required meta score because the enemies in the last part of the game are carrying a "Dead Covenant's Switch". Kill one enemy and all enemies will discover and use auto-kill switch to destroy your game's progress and you'll die repeatedly until your score is wiped out. Please do not attempt the meta score campaign achievements. No more players can get it now. Those who got it are either playing Iron Man or they just illegal hackers.
