I strongly agree with this review. This game was very interesting in the beginning. So interesting that I spent whole nights playing it. Then after a reached level 30, points starts to matter. And that's when I noticed the very uneven matchmaking. At first I thought it was due to the human nature of only remembering the moments that you want to. Then I actually started taking pictures of all the games I played. And I found that this game has very serious problem on matchmaking. About eight out of nine games are heavily unevenly matched. By that I mean a looooot. I wish there is a way that I can upload a photo here. Then this game becomes a very frustrating thing to do. I would start playing with a OK mood and after playing it, I feel very frustrated. Just image picking a fight with a boxer. Sure, you might win if you happen to be lucky. But... Also, it's been unfair to me most times, probably because I haven't spent any money on this game so far?
Connection is also a big problem.
Just a side note: there was this equipment lottery in a special event. And you have a quarter chance of getting an equipment. I tried really hard and defeated the enemies. However, after 20 trials, I won nothing. What's the chance of this happening?.....three in a thousand! I guess I'm really unlucky :) Or else.....
Well, so much of my happy war experience. I guess as they said, there is no free lunch after all.

This is meant for people who can't manage money and have a lot of patience for slow broken matchmaking.

Happy Wars' matchmaking is a little buggy, but its addictive multiplayer is too much to resist
