UGC Server Down

I've had a problem with the UGC server since 3 months !!
When I try to connect it says " UGC login fails , please try again later "
I tried to change manually the DNS once to :Primary : 8.8.8.8
Secondry : 8.8.8.4
Primary : 4.2.2.1
Secondry : 4.2.2.2
But they never worked !!!!
Any help please ?
