Purchasing Interstellar Marines support medal/upgrades in Australia?

I have been burnt before when purchasing online game subscriptions where I go ahead and make the purchase via Paypal, only to find that it isnt available for Australians-but they get to keep the money! In short, I was unable to get a refund. (I couldnt find specific support for this query)I just wanted to be sure before going ahead with Interstellar Marines. It would be great if someone could tell me if they have had any simular probs so far?.
