looking through the posts, everyone who has said anything bad has so many thumbs down, and all the people that said stuff like i love pointless violence was brimming with thumbs up. i tend to agree!! :) this game is going back to basics with just having as much awesome stuff they could think of. how it should be!!!

@jm3811 the demo isn't even half of what the real game is gonna be. it's not like the game is already there for you

OK big map but that doesn't make the game better. Vice City was cooler that San Andreas, although it was smaller. Played the demo a bit and didn't like it much. "It's not clear what you have to do.." is the main reason why. Second the graphics: a bit far away from the expected standards, that might be my monitor's fault. Weakest point: the engine. Although the parachute thing, which I found a bit silly at first, works surprisingly well, the rest of the gameplay is not very responsive. Can this guy even run?

played the demo i didnt like it but the hook thing is a good idea it just doesnt work all well and its not all that fun but this video makes it look fun but idk definite rental for sure

this game is just going to be riciculous, mad, fun. Of course the game isn't supposed to be realistic! the demo is great, and I can't wait to explore the ridiculously huge map.

The precessor lagged a lot of essential elements, hope I see a lot of improvements in this one.

It's just a game which it doesn't take itself too seriously and that, for me is a great thing. It can be a lot of fun.

Excuse me, but the purpose of using a rocket launcher --besides the obvious penetration of heavy armor-- is to be able to hit a target from a medium-range distance, which means you don't need a speedboat and a ramp to get within a few feet of a target... This being said, "Just Cause 2" seems to be a fun game. Silly, yes, but fun nevertheless...

That was freaking awesome!

The demo was fun! The driving was a little bit off though, but the helicopters are fun play around with. My highlight from the demo was when two helicopters were close to me that I was able to wire the two together and make them crash into each other!

Egh ... the only way these stunts would be possible is if they included some version of bullet-time. The rocket in the video comes from a much higher angle than the speedboat ... I'd be more intrigued if these were actual gameplay movies, instead of clips that have been edited together to make them look possible.

Silly Game IMO

Demo was pretty fun, did make me wanna explore more, I still don't like the driving and shooting mechanics much, but I will be picking this up when it's on sale

Most fun thing to do in the demo is fly a chopper really high, jump out, and try get back in fefore u reach the ground, awesome!

After playing the demo i cant wait to explore the rest of the map. Kinda reminds me or San Andreas, how GTA4 shoulda been.. Can already see the mad & crazy youtube vids coming lol
