Kz3 takes place right after kz2. being stranded on a hostile planet known as helghan after killing their leader Visari will probably be not a very nice time for you. The same goes for Sev your character and your freind and fellow ISA Rico trying to escape helghan. this can be a difficult journey since the helghast A.I is excellent. they'll take cover appropriately bash you in the face when your close and yell "GRENADE" and move out of the way when you throw one. also despite the overall destruction of the planet,everything looks amazing. draw distance and pasing are very good and if you play on a 3D TV you ARE and ISA member for real. though the textures are slightly blurrier in co -op campaign it still fun to play with a friend. sadly there is no online for co op. Despite what people say the story was well done with nice side characters along Sevs journey. rico also is nowhere near as annoying which is good too. now onto multiplayer which is well not as good as killzone 2's but still fun. there is no longer any server choices and leveling up isn't as deep. still you are under powered and getting your throat slit from behind is annoying as ever and most of the time its all about chance to nail a melee. the maps are alright but again no where near killzones 2. theres one thing that killzone 3 did better though. and that is operations zone. the helghast and the isa are fighting over point and each point that is gained the map opens up more and more until one becomes victorious. there are also cut scenes showing the top 3 players on each team and there efforts. the best mode of the 3. so killzone 2 is slightly better but this is worth the 55$ and i recommend it to all killzone fans and FPS fans in general. also pick up killzone 2 its like 20$ now
