How do you get to treasure chest 23 in Traverse Town(Riku's side)? I've tried double jump, air slide and flowmotion(wall kick)and none them seem to work.

Have you tried just standing in front of it and pressing the A Button?

It's the one that on the map is pretty close to where you first enter the area(Backstreets). There's a small blue area on the map(end of first part of ramp) and that's where the chest is. As I said I've tried double jump and it doesn't work. You can see the chest from the top of bridge(one you go under when you enter area).

Why not just abuse flowmotion jumps? You can get 98% of treasure's like that no matter what abilities you don't have.
1. Dodge roll into a wall
2. Press jump
3. If you still aren't high enough dash into another wall while still in midair
4. Jump again
5. Repeat until treasure is reached
6. ???
7. Profit! $$$

Thanks I've been able to reach quite a few treasures and some portals with that technique.
