Re-starting the final dive mode (gold letters for secret message)

Does anyone know a way to restart the final dive mode where you collect the letters for the secret message? I was hoping I wouldn't have to go back to my last save file and fight the two bosses again. If there's a way around that, I'd love to know. Thank you for any input anyone has!! :) :)
