How to build Olaf and Cho since the latest patch?

After the nerfmogs patch, how do you guys generally build these champions?

Also as Cho, how do you take on a Master Yi in lane? I just played one for the first time and absolutely had my ass handed to me in lane (0-0 but a 30cs loss). I landed 2 rupture-scream combos when he tried to harass, got him low with those, then he just ran back and meditated while my lane was pushed and from there, I was f***ed. He just uber-pushed my lane and I lost all my CS under the tower, he kept me harassed and there was nothing I could do because I was perpetually OOM.

Once I hit about Lv10 I went 5-0 and caught up pretty quick, and obviously destroyed Yi late game, but I got dominated in lane. Is there anything I could've done about that?

The only thing you can really do against Master Yi in lane is leveling E and making sure you can push the lane back as far as he's pushing your lane.

Then you just hope he does not get too fed off of you or the lane, then when teamfights come around you have TWO ways to stop his healing and stop him from scoring kills which will severely hamper his ability to snowball-penta or even do anything in a fight. On the other hand you are freaking Cho'Gath, you are good with no items and godlike with items, so just make due with lost lane gold. You have true damage and tons of CC after all.

rush cape + mogs
t2 boots
(heavy AD? froheart)
(heavy AP? SV)
(get both)
after that, mallet for more sticking power (since his Q got nerfed pretty hard) or shurelyas for the movespeed and stats olaf likes

you build them the same. Except armguards (new item) is a first item for cho when he is against ad. Maybe frozen mallet is also a core item on olaf ( even though he is amazing with it pre nerf)

Against Yi as Cho'Gath? That's one of Yi's worst lanes, and here's why:

Cho'Gath has 2 skills that disrupt meditate. Both AoE silence and knockup will screw Yi's meditate up.
Cho'Gath's ult is true damage, so it will ignore the armor and MR buff that Yi gains during meditate.
Cho'Gath will naturally sustain himself in lane, which will screw with Yi's poke.

In this matchup, you want to mess with Yi's ability to meditate on tower. Fortunately, you have an AoE knockup or an AoE silence to screw it up. Wait for Yi to meditate, and hit him with one of the skills.

If you can 100-0 Yi, go for it. You can get away with this because your ult ignores Yi's buff on mr and armor during meditate, so he won't be able to W when your skills are on CD and live, because R.

In midlane, I prefer to go Chalice > Mercs > Warmog's > Rylai's > Liandry's > Bulwark > Finish Athene. This offers a substantial amount of MR early on, and then the Warmog's comes in thereafter. Sure, it's hampered by an enemy mid rushing Sorcs/Guise, but it's about the payoff at the end. You'll be sitting pretty at about 4.2k HP (stacks notwithstanding) and 110/150 before Bulwark. The AP, slows, and Liandry procs do more than enough damage to make the enemy team disregard you.

Cho is stupid right now.
