actually, the boomer has been confirmed to be able to spawn as either male or female. I am sure some other SI will have different genders as well.

I think there's only 1 different version of each SI Unheard-Volume, because where l4d2 is based, is very different to where L4D was based. The boomer is now a female, the smoker has extra tongues, the hunter has shorter sleeves and the tank has "gib" sections so the survivors can tell how damaged it is (by how many holes it has).

Whoa, was it just me? Or did the boomer at the end look completely different from the boomers in L4D!!!? That'd be awesome if they had a few versions of each Special Infected so that not all Boomers look the exact same, and not all hunters look the exact same...ect.!
