Where can I find the last two characters?

I have the game 99.6 percent completed. I have run through the different levels at least twice and cannot find the last two characters. Its driving me nuts. I've searched both ships, battled every character I could find, still no luck. Does anybody have any ideas to help me? Thanks

After checking more web sites I was able to find the last two characters. I replayed the Republic Assault levels so that the republic controls all the planets and when I finished the last one, Chancellor Palpatine showed up. I thinm you can figure out how to get the last one.Grand Moff Tarkin.
