Prologue: in Free Play, use Gimli to break open the rock near the beginning of Area 3. Smash the wall on the far right next to the Strength object
Black Gate: In the area after attacking the Nazgul the first time, go to the back wall. It's hidden behind the rocks next to the Rope point.
