So MarioKart is back at to tell he truth its 1st MarioKart I have bought myself, But I thought I'd give this one a try due to the lack of 3Ds games out. I have played Mariokart in the past but how did I get on with this one.

Gameplay- Like the classic MarioKart games you go around the track as fast as you can to come 1st and win. With returning weapons and some new ones the game plays like most racers in this genre. Unfortunately I have not been able to experience any of the weapons as they rarely come up especially if you are in 1st position. There are 16 new tracks, some based on wii sport resort =[ but either the same they are fun tracks and tend be quite different from each other. With that there are 16 returning tracks from the other Mariokart games taking tracks for the GBA, N64, gamecube, DS and the wii. They have been remodelled to support the new features of the underwater and flying.

There are 8 cups, 4 for new tracks and 4 for returning ones they can be raced at 50,100 and 150cc so these cups can be done at 3 different difficulties. Along with the Gran Prix there is time trails, Balloon Battle and Coin battle. The game also features Local multiplayer and Online multiplayer.

Graphics-- I personally can't see anything wrong with the graphics and the 3D seems to work well with the game and the image seems to be clear with the 3D switched on.

Music and Sound- The sounds are fine but are recycled stuff from the old games. The Music is okay but nothing special

Replay value- Well though the game is kind of short its one of those games you'd keep coming back to from time to time. The does have 32 tracks to race and master and 3 different Grand prix's to play as well as online functions and community. But don't be surprised if you complete it the day you get it.

Summary- A really fun game to play but I just wish there was something more to the game to make it longer. But as I said it is really fun and easy to pick up and play. The only other bad point I can think of is that the blue Shells which attack 1st place seem to come upt o often with the A.I and is really irritating.
