@GabrielOnuris: Mount & Blade has an import character that works on different version of the game and even between the (literally) hundreds of mods. If you're into medieval combat, I'd suggest giving that a look.

Shepard makes an emergency landing for a new adventure in this montage from Mass Effect 2: Overlord.
This "import save file" feature of a game to another is amazing indeed. I didn't know that it's being used already, and I totally like it. Imagine how many replay value a game could have with that. It doesn't need a lot of gameplay hours to fulfil our play, and it's definetly a plus to buy Mass Effect. Is there any more games that uses this "import save" feature? @Jato_81 thanks for the info, I've google this Geth thing and reached a lot of good pictures and concepts of this charac!
@Emperor, not a lot carries over sadly only offers a few dialog choices and sequences thats about it. I read that ME3 will carry over a lot from ME2 so I made sure I got a 100% survival rate for my team during the last mission. People should play ME1 cause its a great game that will get you hooked on the ME universe and catch you up on the story. @GabrielOnuris Thats a GETH man. Its one of the main enemies in the game, You get one as a team member but way to late in the game IMO. Only get a couple of missions with him.
@Chicak; Vanguard not Adept. DLC is good but as an ME2 addict, its too bloody short. Theres a bunch of Hammerhead stuff which im not overly fond of. Its worth the 7$, dont get me wrong, its just not enough. Then again, I dont think anything will be enough until ME3 is out. But thats just my opinion....
Great DLC, but there's a rogue VI which is very angry, and let me tell you when he screams at you it's like a screamer - it's about 100 times louder than any other sound in the game and will make you jump out of your skin.
I strongly sugest that you play trough the first Mass effect before playing ME2 :)... How you act and how you are in Mass Effect 1 will affect whole ME2 gameplay since you import your save file...so old relationships and enemies etc are still in the game
I must try this game soon; never played even the first, but everyone is liking Mass Effect, maybe it has its originality after all. Btw, what the hell is GlaDOS doing at 1:44?? xD *run like hell*
@Kevin-V -- the main link on the frontpage refers to the link as a review. The small print kinda contradicts the header, but who reads small print these days XD
@gfxarts -- Where did you see this listed as a "review?" This is a gameplay montage we created; if it's listed somewhere on the site as a review, I need to have it fixed.
I clicked on something that said "Review" and all I get is a commercial, a game trailer and this long list of moronic comments.
So I how long do we have to wait till Mass Effect 2 : The Game Of The Year / Gold Edition comes out?
This looks pretty interesting, but I dont think it's enough to bring me back to ME2 after two complete playthroughs.
@1blackone -- We have been reviewing DLC for quite some time now, and publicly announced that change in policy on the site.
The game was great, but I don't know if an hour or two is worth nearly a 7th of the full game price when the original lasted 20-30 hours if you did all the missions. And well, if this doesn't have Miranda, no chance.
