    Hey, I started a soldier on norm full para. Beat the game and saved everyone.
    I actually want to replay as a renegade on insanity this time. What happens if I import my para shepard to make him renegade? I also plan on transfering my game to me3. He is going to remain a para sheppard from my first playthrough.
    I play on the PC, do I isolate my save file so that sheppard in the third game isn't a renegade?

    If you import your Paragon Shepard it starts an entirely new game, your Paragon Shepard will be unaffected by any actions performed in this new playthourgh.  But it never hurts to back up your save to a thumb drive.
