My first order of business is this, I require women and wine, go forth and bring them to me.
Secondly, and more importantly, I declare the IGN crew our enemy. You must make special efforts to kill them on site. Also, recruit skilled members to join our crew. Seriously I got to the top of the leaderboard for Gamespot in a day and a half. :/ All other gaming site crews are our enemies as well, G4, Destuctiod, Game Informer ect... Our only ally is Game FAQ, team up with them when you find them and work together.
