It'd be quite easy, just a headshot, but it's not. I tried 3-4 times but didn't get it. I see some people got it with the last guy but after killing him you have to wait 10 minutes for the end of the chapter and the beginning of the next one (c'mon Rockstar, we like the plot but let me skip it when I want!). Any tips, it's just a headshot and crossing fingers?

you have to kill that last heavy guy on the hotel rooftop during the bomb tremors. only way to do it. you have to head shoot him until his helmet comes off and still head shoot him until he's dead.

Not so. I got it at the first wave of enemies when the rooftop tremors initially begin, taking out the lone guy to the left. I found that to be the easiest guy to headshot; if you fail, reload checkpoint. I got it on Hard difficulty that way.
