Max Payne 3 is the next innovation in game technology and storytelling. The presentation is fluid and flawless, putting you right in the control of a holywood action movie that's frankly better than any I've ever watched in theatres. Sort of like Metal Gear Solid's approach towards cinematic elements but like I said, more fluid in relationship to the gameplay. The visuals are graphic (this is not ...a game for kids or the elderly, it's a constant stream of brutality.), incredibly vivid, colorful and almost comically realistic. Never seen such convincing animation.

I think it's ridiculous to pay 60 bucks for games that will later have countless vapid 10$ DLC releases adding content that should have been released with the product to begin with. This is proof that you can't really excuse that laziness or cheap marketing strategy, this is a complete title without superficial bull.

Add the brilliant writing, incredible soundtrack (HEALTH, listen to them!), characters, action, MP, replayability factor, the size and scope of the single player story and we have an instant classic. This is the way games should be made. And as a close friend commented, this only raises anticipation for Rockstar's next release - GTAV. This developer is pioneering technology in a way that many never imagined possible 10 years ago, let alone before that. BUY IT! Even if you don't normally spend the typical 60$ a title goes for after release, I promise this is worth it.
