Good game but isn't nearly as good as the first two.

Not impressed by the direction it went.  Bright shiny and burry, not to mention way too colorful.

in reference towards the online GP although RS isn't a vet in that field if you look over the video the games they have set up plus spawn points seem really interesting plus ass the bonus features you can get from certain kills u rack up or deaths, if you ask me this game is going to be LEGENDARY

Well if it was set in NY be a bit boring considering there would be hardly any crims left after the carnage in 1 an 2 lol the ones that r left know.. Don?t F*** with MAX. Seriously tho hope it pays off, and does max the justice it deserves... I have high expectations for this.

looks pretty freaken good. the first two where really good as well. cannot wait for this come out and to see more about the game and the story. Soo gonna buy the game though when it does come out.......foooow show

I just flashbacked to 2001 when I first moved back to town, got that game, and had some fun nights. Sure this will be great. Need a different voiceover actor for that one bad guy that can get him work.

White version of Denzel, Man on Fire... the videogame? Also Die Hard. Its almost uncanny how many similarities it has with those movies.

knew they were gonna screw up the story, still gonna be fun, but it's not a really a "Max Payne" game

People are freaking &$:£?|}{%?s!!!! This is RockStar!!!! R* has some of the best game making ability ever!! They have the talent, budget, imagination, and innovation to make every game they make a great game! And they ALWAYS deliver. Does anyone expect Hideo to come out with a brand new Metal Gear that sucks??!! Hell naw!!! Bcuz you know, you jus know, it's gonna be great.

If this game has a happy ending I'm gonna be pissed.

for all of the people worried you should know by now that everything R* has made has been a great game if not sometimes revolutionary and also R* has only had two games that were made on current generation consoles that haven't scored higher than a 9 but none have ever scored lower than 7 on any console

it's got the music, the voice, but will it have the soul of max payne? has the wait been worth it? we'll see come march 2012...

Well, that looks rather unremarkable. The change of location seems unnecessary, women still exist so they can die tragically, and the voice over makes even less sense than it used to.

I love how they captured gritty New York so well ten years ago, and though I'm not going to let Payne's new hairstyle affect my opinion of the gameplay (which I'm sure is going to be stellar as always) but that's what set him from the rest. Now he's just another formulated approach to the typical bald/shaved game hero (i.e. Shepard, Cole, Niko). Hopefully Payne will have enough character and uniqueness in his dialogue..

Couldn't care less about max's new look. One the biggest reasons why I loved the old games was because of the film noir setting to them. I know it's just a trailer and doesn't dictate the final product, I still feel like it's missing that quintessential max payne feeling to it. Here's to hoping that the sequel won't disappoint.

I CAN'T belive there are some guys complaining about the weather on a part of the game or about hair! xD Jebus... grow a pair guys! PLAY the game then, if you don't like it, make yourselves comfortable to criticise it. Don't keep judging the game based on lack of hair and different camera filter colours before the whole game is ready or you will be sounding just annoyingly too much methrosexual (and that's not how real Max Payne fans should sound)!!!

IM SO DEPRESSED THAT THEY VE CHANGED the GAME ENVIRONMENT N BACKGROUND ASPECT. bring the dark n gloomy GAMEPLAY cold theme music. SOME GAMES AND MOVIES GETS WORSE AS THE NEW PARTS COMING OUT. SUCH AS MAN IN BLACK(1 ST PART WAS WONDERFUL).

The past is a gaping hole Max, we need you, can't you keep the hair by the way? No jacket, bald, c'mon Max *imitating Scooby-Do* "rimage is reverything) :D This one doesn't look much like a revenge or love story though, man I got a strange feeling this game is not gonna be what I expect it to be. Don't let us down Max, dearest of all my games. :D

If I have to watch "Attack the Block" trailer one more time... Game looks alright, but wish next gen consoles would hurry up as it's not allowing the pc's full potential with all this cross-platform developing.

Doesn't have that noir atmosphere I loved in the first two... but, if the story's as dark as usual and the actions as much fun, I'll get it.
