Unused xp/tokens?

I keep seeing that I have unused tokens and xp, about 23 tokens, and 1000 xp. what does this mean, and how do I use them? I can't seem to find anywhere or way to use them.

Tokens can be spent via Battlelog --> Nations. If you are assigned to a nation you spend them to increase your nations rank. I can't tell you what the XP is for, I wondered myself what to do with it.

XP is won thru ribbons, every 10 tokens you spent earns you a ribbon which is worth 500xp. In the next MP session after you have spent them you'll get the notification that you earned a ribbon(s).- Please wait. Quick reply will be available shortly.
