Medieval II: Total War User Review

- The Bottom Line:
- "Highly addictive"
This game is highly immersive and highly addictive. The fact that there is a lot of historical reference makes your faction all the more better. With the ability to make allies and enemies makes you feel like a beast. A huge plus to this game is making huge armies along with giant fleets of ships. Purchasing new buildings for specific units and sending emissaries to other countries also gives the game that special edge to it. The complexity of strategy gives the player a sense of what he should do in order to make his faction the best. Being a veteran player of this franchise, I found nothing wrong with this game however if you want fast movie time, be sure your computer exceeds the requirements the game requires. Through real-time strategy, the player gets the full effect of being a leader on the battlefield and his own faction.

One of the best in the series. Great gameplay and amazing combat; a worthy sequal to that masterpiece: "Rome"

A seriously addictive immersive game, everything that Civ4 should have been. A great addition to the Total War series.

Playing as the H.Roman Empire, I just took the city and just in time to be able sitting and waiting for this attack to come, although I got careless with the Archers.Posted Nov 9, 2006
